Welcome to KJClernt Games. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KJClernt Games platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Vanduline® ("we," "us," or "our").

KJClernt Games provides a secure, web-based platform for accessing, playing, and managing browser-based interactive games and related software. The Service includes our proprietary game wrapper, identity management via Clerk, and performance optimization tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

2. User Accounts & Authentication

To utilize certain features of the Service, you must create an account via our identity provider, Clerk.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials that you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are found to be using fraudulent, school-issued, or unauthorized credentials without permission.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

As a user of KJClernt Games, you agree not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, illegal, or unauthorized. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, exploit, or disable our security features, including the Clerk authentication system.
• Use the Service to distribute malware, malicious scripts, or any form of disruptive code.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the platform's codebase.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Overload our servers or participate in Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks against KJClernt infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vanduline® and its licensors. The KJClernt name, logo, glassmorphism UI components, and all related trademarks are the sole property of Vanduline®. Our intellectual property may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Vanduline®.

Third-party games hosted or linked via our Service retain their own respective copyrights and are provided "as-is" under fair use and distribution agreements.

5. Third-Party Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by KJClernt Games. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or initiate a deletion request through your account management panel.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vanduline®, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
